Asked by Josephine Thane on 2014-08-18

GLSL version is 1.50
Graphic card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870
CPU is Intel Cor i& Q720@1.60GHz
CPU speed 1708 MHZ
8 cores
Current display mode is 1920x1080 @ 60 Hz - 32 bpp

Are you using Aero theme in Windows?

Josephine Thane (jmthanets) said : #2

Yes. Thanks for the tip - switching to a basic theme has cured this problem. I have others, but will search here and in the forum for answers before I post another question.

Solution: Switch from Aero theme to basic theme.
