Drop down ocular etc menu

Just a quick query,

When clicking on the drop down menu item to change the ocular, sensor etc if there is a star in the same spot it changes the target to that
Is there some way of making the drop down menu non transparent ?

Please try set gui/flag_use_window_transparency= false into config.ini

Tried that, doesn't seem to have any effect drop down is still transparent.
