black screen v0.13.00
the program always start with a black screen(can't see bars or view), black screen it is gone when i hover the mouse over the horizontal or vertical bar but then after a few seconds of moving the view the black screen comes back again and i can't get rid of it anymore
erased old config before installing 0.13.0
normal and safe mode gives the same log.txt output
