lunar oribit invisible when moon out of screen

Asked by Girish K Deshpande

I need the lunar orbit visible in 360 degrees view. The problem currently is that even if I turn on the choice for orbits of planets and even if the lunar orbit around the earth is visible, it suddenly gets disappeared as soon as we browse the screen and the moon goes out of visible screen field. I need the orbit to be visible all the time. Please help. Can I do certain changes in stellarium to optimise or customise it for my personal use ?
Thanks in advance.
Girish

You can change FOV for getting all lunar orbit. Or you can modificate the source code for change the method of rendering of orbits.

Oh Thanks for the reply.
I think we cannot increase FOV to 360 degrees. Also the thing you asked me to do - change the rendering method of the orbit. How shall I get the detailed instructions to do so ?
Please help further.

Some projections give maximum FOV to 360 degree. For change the rendering of orbits... Are you can programming on C++?
