Cosmos 1484, what's going on?

Cosmos 1484 had reentered earths atmospher in January of this year. It's November now and I see Cosmos 1484 taking 15 seconds to travel around the earth from my location. My question is if cosmos 1484 is no longer in orbit then what am I seeing?

Possible Satellites plugin doesn't remove Cosmos 1484 from satellites list after him dead.
