Crtl S dosen't work, installed 12.2, kept new installed landscape from 10.4, but Crtl does not work in either....

Asked by Gary Cox

Crtl S dosen't work, installed 12.2, kept new installed landscape from 11.4, but Crtl S does not work in either....Originally, when I used the older version, I think 11.2, Crtl S would post a screen shot to my desk top, which I could transfer to My Pictures. I installed my own landscape ( in 11.2 or 11.4,6?), which worked, however Crtl S would not work. Reinstalled 12.2, kept new landscape, but Crtl S dosen't work either. By the way, Crtl C does not work either.......any help will be appreciated......Also, can I install more than one new landscape?? I use these shots in my newsletter, which is educational only.

You can install as many landscapes as you like, as long as they have different names.

For the other questions, Ctrl-S works at least in Windows XP and 7. Maybe you have another system, but don't tell us? (Hint: look into "My Images" directly...)

Yeah, still.....used older version (11.2 or 11.6) not sure because they
were deleted when I installed 12.2.....screen shot worked with older
version, until I installed by custom landscape in older version....no
screen shot (Crtl-S) in older version or new 12.2 version, with ANY
landscape, the newly installed one or the ones that come with
Stellarium......I have looked in My Images ( My Pictures) and still no
luck, same with desk top file.....Maybe on my end.....lost right
now......My newly installed landscape file works fine in old and new
versions of Stellarium, just can't get Crtl S or Crtl C to work.....using
Windows XP......
