Error Change the Language of Stellarium 0.12.1

I cannot change the language of Stellarium 0.12.1.After i install it,its language was not in English,and then i press F2,it showed the current language of Stellarium 0.12.1.And i move the mouse arrow to the small triangle at the end,i click the triangle,and a small error page appeared on the screen of the computer i am using.There are two options on the page,when i click the either one the Stellarium was closed .I think when i click the triangle of the language box ,it should have showed all the available languages on a list below the top language instead,and i could choose any one of those by click it with the mouse.I had done it several times and same things happened.
