External program request information from Stellarium?

Is it possible for an external program to request information from Stellarium? For example, using Stellarium to control my telescope mount, I would like my camera software to request (from Stellarium) where it is currently pointing (RA and DEC).

Right now Stellarium can't give info for any external software, but some exchange of info for some devices will be possible after ending development Devices Control plugin.

Can you help with this problem?
