Problem moving telescope correctly.

I have two computers, on one the telescope control works perfect but on the other they can connect but the telescope moves opposite of what it should. Maybe this has to do with stellarium scope, but everything should be the same, any suggestions?
If I use the computer that works and simply plug in the cable in the other computer the position is wrong from the start (except if it is pointed at Polaris)

Well one is windows 7 and the other windows 8. Windows 8 is the one that is not working correctly. The settings should be the same. I have tried to go through the menus in Stellarium and I can't find a difference. I know that the problem signals a user error and I am afraid that is indeed the case, but I can't figure out what it is, unless the Windows 8 is misbehaving.

What exactly wrong work? Just inverted movements or more difficult issue?

I thought it was opposite (inverted), but after looking again, it seems more complicated. I used the computer that works, and selected HIP47193 RA/DE 9.41/81. I then moved the plug to the other computer and the scope comes up RA/DE 0/81, while Hour angle is now 9.41. I guess that is a hint, and maybe an obvious one to you.

And while I was going to send this mail the windows 8 machine just restarted it self because of an 'error', so unless it info I provided above is clear, I guess it coudl simply be a windows 8 StellariumScope problem

Please try use telescope without StellariumScope (this is 3rd-party software and we don't develop it). Just try Telescope Control plugin.

Also possible you have wrong time zone on computer.
