Help with configuration gui

Asked by Ivan Marti-Vidal

Dear all!

Finally! The Moon ephemeris is completely implemented. Now, it predicts rise/set/transit times with a precision of 1 second! :D

Apart from the configuration gui, I think that the plugin is ready for merging. Indeed, if you feel that the gui is not that necessary (since there are not so many configurable options), the plugin is ready :D.

The only remaining issue for the plugin is the implementation of a gui for its configuration, as suggested by Alexander.

However, I'm afraid that I'm lacking a lot of experience in this matter, and I can't make a working gui by recycling the code of the other plugins. Indeed, the configuration of the Observability plugin is so simple, that the code for the gui should be extremely easy to implement, but I just can't do it :S.

The configuration is only the setting of the font size, the font color, and a few check boxes for the user to select which info wants to see printed on the screen. The checkboxes would only be four, i.e.:

-Today ephemeris (rise, set, and transit times).
-Day of opposition to the Sun.
-Range of good dates for night-time observations.
-Heliacal rise and set.

The last one may be of interest for archaeoastronomers.

I would be very thankful if one of you could provide me a simple template for this gui!

Many thanks in advance for your kind help!

         Best Wishes,

                 Ivan
