Why is the disk of Venus appearing as gibbous instead of crescent for April 17 2017?

When I zoom in on Venus, the disk is in a gibbous stage. I am using version 11.0.

This is bug which has been fixed. Fix will be released in next version.

Addition: In version 0.11.0 phases of inner planets is wrong but all planets have phases. Please read wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phases_of_Venus and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planetary_phase
