cannot access script bar in Mac OS with f12

I have the latest Mac Os. I cannot access the script bar with F12. I tried to disable the f12 key but it didn't work. fn +f12 brought the calculator.

Also, is there a config ini or a similar file in Mac?

To find your config.ini, check the Help window. Under the log tab, you will find the path to your log.txt file in the first line and also a few lines later after the line "Writing log file to:".

Config.ini is in the same location as log.txt.

For F12 and the script console, I have no answer.
