Stellarium

add on to use Stellarium with Celestron 130 SLT

I am a beginner at astronomy. I just purchased a Celestron 130 SLT and downloaded the current version of Stellarium. I want to use my computer to operate the telescope and understand there is an add on to Stellarium to do that, but I do not know what I am looking for or how to connect them. Can someone please assist me.

You can start through the configuration window F2
- Plugins tab
- select "Telescope control"
- check "Load at startup" box
- Restart Stellarium
- In the horizontal bar you will find the telescope button
- Use the telescope button or Ctrl+0 (control + zero)
- Configure your telescope and look through the help for method of connection
