Hello Merrell Campbell,

I think that would be a nice feature, but I have to admit it's not high on the list of Satellite plugin features to spend time on for me at the moment. FYI top of my list are:

- suppressing display based on TLE data validity date ranges
- proper 3d positions (so you can see the nest of Satellites when the observer is on the Moon for example
- approximate apparent magniture calculcation
- iridium flare prediction

Having said all that, I do like the idea and can see the use of it. I would suggest that you open a bug report and set the severity to "wishlist".
