time travel simulation

With Stellarium may I go back in time under the simulation program?

I already made a try, but there was satellites even in year 1810!

With this kind of simulation, it's better to turn the Satellites display off. The main purpose of the plugin is to predict the positions of satellites for the current time and a few days in the past or future. Beyond that you may not get accurate or meaningful display of satellites.
