How to add permanently a city to the list of locations?

Every time I reinstall Stellarium I have to insert manually the informations of my city and of its nearby cities. This takes a long time, and bores me a little :-). I wonder know if there is a way to add permanently a city to the list of locations and, if so, what I have to do.

Here is the list of the cities, with many informations about them (well, I don't know if all these informations are necessary...). I tried to follow the organization of the "base_locations.txt" file, except for the latitude and the longitude (I don't was sure about the number format):

Just one more question: In which file I have to insert these informations, to have it at the locations menu?

You need after inserting information into base_locations.txt re-generate base_locations.bin and packed it. I'm try solve today this task.
