CTRL+UP/DOWN to zoom in/out doesn't work

your HELP-KEYS-MOVEMENT AND SELECTION says CTRL+UP/DOWN will zoom in/out.Nothing happens when I press CTRL+UP/DOWN.However,if I press SHIFT+UP/DOWN the screen zooms in out.

I think your HELP-KEYS-MOVEMENT AND SELECTION should say SHIFT+UP/DOWN instead of CTRL+UP/DOWN to zoom in/out.

I am using WINDOWS 7 if that makes any diffference.

I checked on Windows 7 - the keys are working properly - Ctrl-Up increases zoom, Ctrl-Down - decreases

My computer still zooms in /out only when I press SHIFT+UP/DOWN.I have no idea why,but when I press CTRL +UP/DOWN nothing happens

I found the problem.
I did not realize there are up/down buttons up/down(pause)(break) at the top row alongside the function keys and also up/down keys on the numberpad.

I pressed CTRL+ the number keyboard up/down.This does not work.
When I pressed CTRL+UP/DOWN on the top row where the function keys appear(pause)(break),it zooms in.

When I pressed the SHIFT+ up/down on the number pad, it also zooms in.Thanks for your help.
