Improvements for Satellite plugins

How difficult is it to add to the plugin Satellites opportunity for select all of the satellites in the category or deselect all entries from categories?

What do you mean by select? Select to enable/disable them? This you can already do - just go to the Satellites dialog / satellites tab, select the group of satellites you want from the combo box, then click any satellite in the list and hit control-a to select all satellites in the list. If you now click on the "visible" or "orbit" check boxes, the changes will apply to all selected items in the list.
