iPad version zoom out from earth

There is a desktop app called cellestia that let you look at earth the zoom right out so far that you
Can see the milky way then zoom back in, is this possible with the iPad version of stellerium.

It depends what you mean... zooming out is not the same as changing the observer location. I suspect you mean changing the observer location to "outside" the milky way. No, Stellarium doesn't do this.

P,S, Stellarium for the iPad is not the same project as the desktop version of Stellarium, which is where you posted this question (it is derived from the Desktop version of Stellarium, but not maintained by the same developers).

I did search but this was the only resource I could find.
