To keep the program window reduced

Currently the program works with a full window, making it difficult to use (it seems like the way a DOS program used to behave). Is it possible to keep it smaller?

The default is to be full screen, but you can press F11 to put it in windowed mode, which can be resized. To make this the default, open the config dialog (F2) and save settings.
