Those plug-ins that have been created by Stellarium's developers team are not distributed separately from Stellarium. In version 0.10.5, they are built-in in Stellarium itself.

Open the configuration window (either click on the appropriate icon in the left button bar or press the F2 key). Then click on the "Plugins" tab. For each plug-in you wish to activate, select its name from the list and then check the "Load on startup" box at the right side. Then restart Stellarium.
