sun rise-set and time do not match

Is time the local time or my viewer time? Time and sky appearance of sunrise/set and moonrise/set do not match at all!!

Please make sure that your computer's time zone has been set correctly. This is the most usual cause of such problems.

The problem I had was when I checked for moon rise/set in Jerusalem, Israel in AD 30 April 4-6 (just before Passover Festival). The time shown must be my computer time. Why not give us local time?

The Moon model used by Stellarium starts getting inaccurate by the 1700s, so it's not very suitable for checking the Moon's position in +30.
