scripts will not display utf characters with hex code greater than 007E correctly

If a string in the comments (Auther, License,..) or a string to be displayed, through LabelMgr.labelScreen, contains a UTF character with hex code greater than 7E, it will not be displayed correctly. Examples ¢ £ ¤ ¥ ¦ § ¨ © ® ° and non latin characters.
The scripts were tried under Stellarium versions 0.10.4 and test build r6268.
