Adding a CheckForUpdates menu item in Xcode 3.2

Hello,

In Xcode 3.2 I'm having a hard time doing the same thing as in one of the online tutorials : adding a menu item that checks for updates.

The problem is that in Xcode 3.2, the info window does not look the same as in previous versions:

I don't know what I'm supposed to enter in there for the menu item to work.
I'm using version 1.5b6 of Sparkle, and for your information, it works perfectly fine with a regular button (checks are made OK), just not with the menu item.

Yes I read all that... I've actually done that several times. This time around, it decided to bug me, I don't know.

I deleted the menu item and set it up again, and it worked ...
