Query regarding the download of the updated app

Hi All,
Suppose during the time of updating the application, while downloading from the webserver,suddenly if the webserver becomes inaccessible like because of some network issues how does Sparkle takes care ? Does it restarts the download from the begining?

The update will cancel and restart from the beginning at the next scheduled update time.
