Where're localized .nib files?

I noticed there is no localized .nib files, they are only in en.lproj folder:
SUAutomaticUpdateAlert.nib
SUUpdateAlert.nib
SUUpdatePermissionPrompt.nib

In all others there is only Sparkle.strings and that's it.

The reason I'm asking is that after upgrading to 1.5 I get this:

I'm pretty sure this is caused by bug 239512; I've fixed that bug. It should work now, though without localizations.

Can you help with this problem?
