Couldn't find an appropriate update in the downloaded package

We have one customer who is receiving the following message (in their console)

Sparkle Error: An error occurred while installing the update. Please try again later.\
Sparkle Error (continued): Couldn't find an appropriate update in the downloaded package.\

Since the update works for all our other users, any thoughts on why this one customer is receiving this error? Could it be a permissions issue?

Perhaps they have a case-sensitive file system?
