How to update when dsa_pub.pem missing from previous version?

I created a new version of the application I'm writing and went through the checklist of updating the appcast.xml to include the signature, filesize, etc. and the update fails with the "Improperly Signed" message.

I tried every tip I saw here to no avail. Thinking something might be wrong with the application, I opened the previous version (0.3) and found the Resources directory is missing the dsa_pub.pem file. This happened when I re-organized the applications source structure. The previous version (0.3) didn't complain when it was updated from 0.2 via Sparkle, but now I want to push the 0.4 update and it gives me an error.

Is there anyway for me to push this update when the version I'm updating from is missing this file?
