Options other than "Install and relaunch"?

I oftentimes launch applications that I know have updates JUST to get the update itself. I don't want to use the application at all in many instances, so when Sparkle notifies me of an update, I'm glad that I don't have to do anything other than click "Download and install." Once it's downloaded though, my only option is "Install and relaunch."

Is there a way that there could be another button added, such as "Install and quit"? Or at the very list, could "Install and relaunch" BECOME "Install and quit" if the user holds down the Option key? I think this would make the applications more flexible and be a great feature of the Sparkle framework. Thanks!
