How can I solve "Check your disks!"?

Since I installed SpaceView I have only one disk in the machine and constantly see "Check your disks!", no other storage (pen drive/phone) is connected. I tried to mount all available partitions of that disk, didn't help. If it has any impact, here is my disk layout:
/dev/sda1 - Windows partition (NTFS - FUSE mounted)
/dev/sda3 - testing Linux partition (ext4)
/dev/sda2 - extended partition containing the following 4:
/dev/sda6 - / (ext4)
/dev/sda7 - data partition (NTFS - FUSE mounted)
/dev/sda8 - data partition (ext4)
/dev/sda5 - swap
I also tried to set and save all aliases, but I'm still getting "Check your disks!"
