Add ability to convert flac to aac on KDE

I'm running Fedora 20, and just installed Sound Converter from the Fedora repository. The version that I have does not have the ability to convert flac files to aac/m4a files. I think that the gstreamer-ugly may be missing from the app. How can I add whatever is necessary to allow me to convert flac to aac/m4a?

You must add the RPM Fusion repository.
