Mp3 Encoder Will Not Install

When I click the "Click Here" apt install link for Ubuntu users to download / install the mp3 encoder, it asks me to select an app to open the link with. If I select the Ubuntu Software Center, it says that the app in question cannot be found.

What am I doing wrong?

I tested it, and indeed the package name in the link is missing on latests Ubuntu.

The package name changed in Ubuntu 11.10, The page is now updated to display the right one.

What is the package name for Ubuntu 15.04? The one listed for 11.10 is not available any more.
