Hi Edward. I think you wish to have Linux Format, Russian edition distributed in the Ubuntu Software Center. The easiest way to accomplish is to submit your magazine through the MyApps application submission portal at https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com. Once submitted we will process and make your pdf available as we do english versions of Linux Format magazine.
