how to report a bug for ubuntu software center?

This is what I get when going to the "Bugs" category of software center:

"Ubuntu Software Center must be configured in order for Launchpad to forward bugs to the project's developers."

p.s. the bug I wanted to report is that when searching for "Krita"
the software center shows three different entries for the same app.

Hi blinkblink and Bernie! Actually, the project is configured to track bugs in the Ubuntu package for software-center. This can be found here:

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-center

Just click the "Report a bug" link at the upper right.
