Purging from Software Center

Is it or will it be possible to purge packages from the Software Center? Also, is it possible to delete configuration files from already removed packages?

Hi! We don't support either of those at the moment in software-center. Both features are on the list of things we may want to implement at some stage, but as far as I'm aware no one is working on them at this stage.
