unable to install anything from ubuntu software center

let me introduce my self a little, my name is Azura, and Im using ubuntu 11.10 a.k.a 'Oneiric Ocelot', i just wondering why I can't press install button in ubuntu software center

I know this is not answer to your question,but until someone else answer you feel free to use synaptic package manager and install any software from it.If you don´t have synaptic installed then open terminal and type

sudo apt-get install synaptic

Can you help with this problem?
