Reviewing and rating apps

Hi Jeffrey, thanks for your question! At UDS last week the ratings and reviews feature was targeted as a priority for Software Center in 11.04 and in fact it is currently under active development. Note that this feature requires work both in Software Center itself and on the server side, and so will take some time to implement. You can track progress in the following blueprint:

Regarding ratings and reviews in 10.10, this is under serious consideration and I expect we will likely do this as well. It will require backporting the feature to 10.10 and releasing it in a Stable Release Update. Please stay tuned and track the blueprint above for more information about that.
