Maximum size for persistent storage

Asked by David Kergyl

Is there a maximum size for persistent storage? In creating a USB Soas, should one always make the persistent storage area as large as possible? If so, the Wiki page for SoaS creation should be updated to reflect it.

Thanks a lot for looking into this. Usually, the recommendation should be - from what I recall - "as large as possible, unless you need more space for other data". I haven't seen the behaviour described in the ticket but will look at that. By the way, are you already subscribed to our SoaS mailing list - http://lists.sugarlabs.org/listinfo/soas? Things get usually picked up there much quicker than here.
