How to get animated website intro ('.swf') to work in Firefox

Asked by Rbninsc

I created an animated intro for a website (http://ummsc.org) with a "Click to Enter". The FireFox users say that it doesn't work well for them. Most have had to open IE to view the website.

How do I get the intro to work in FireFox?

PS- I'm a novice to building the websites. So, if you can help me, I'll greatly appreciate it.

Hi Rbninsc,

Fakesmil does not deal with swf (Adobe Flash). It deals with SMIL and SVG/HTML/DOM.

If you found a problem with Flash inside Firefox, please ask Adobe and Mozilla and report bugs at their websites.
