Stop pushing the no. of rows and collumns with every update

This is kind of sitting on the edge of being a bug or a blueprint, but I think that it's more appropriate that I post it here.

I tweaked the number of rows to be 2 because my screen is not that big and Slingshot seems gigantic with the default of 3 rows.

The problem is, every time Slingshot updates itself, it neglects the current numbers and reverts back to the default number and I have to tweak it again.

So, maybe there's a space to make those numbers stick even after the update?
