RTL support

Hi,
I am kaking lot of effort translating Elementary to Hebrew.
I would kindly ask to make the necessary changes so Slingshot will appear at the right side of the screen under the Wingpanel "Applications". It will be very helpful & any comfortable to any RTL users.

I think RTL support is a wanted feature which will eventually make it in Slingshot, but both because it requires quite some work (because the code was written without RTL in mind, and that's partially my fault) and because there are not active developers (as I can't anymore because of other tasks) I guess it'll not come very soon. --voluntatefaber
