Asked by laura

i have just bought a t-mobile mobile broadband internet USB stick which conects me to the internet (not a great connection but stable) however, when i try and call someone, both lines are fine for the first 3 seconds and then extremely blurred and there is no way of understanding what the other person is saying! is this a mobile broadband problem or something else?

Could it be that you have two different Microphones picking up the sound from your end?
I have seen this before with a laptop that had a built-in mic and also a USB webcam plugged in which also had a mic.
Unplugging the webcam fixed the sound issue.

Just a thought.

I have yet to know of any using VOIP thru cellular network. It violates your terms of service and works so poorly users quit trying. Use Skype when you have WIFI connection or LAN connection. ATT, Tmobile & VZW want VOIP not to work.

Can you help with this problem?
