No, the TOC only lists linked titles. However you can use the same methods as the TOC and generate a list with the publication time using get_public_version_publication_datetime()

Is the TOC generated by silva the same as the "<h1> _______ cascading table of contents with location _______ </h1>" in the layout macro file....?
