Sikuli IDE not working with Windows Vista Business Edition

I downloaded and installed Sikuli IDE 0100201.exe (Windows installer)

I am using Windows Vista Business edition.

I also have Java version 6.1 installed on my machine.

Whenever I click the Sikuli icon, the Sikuli IDE never opens up.

I have Windows Vista standard edition at home. When I installed Sikuli on my home computer, Sikuli opened just fine.

Is Vista Business a 64bit operation system. Is that why the Sikuli IDE doesn't work.

If your system is 64 bit, you have to download 64-bit Java from their site. If you try to launch Sikuli on 64-bit system having installed 32-bit Java, it will not work.

I've read question # 99771

My system is 64-bit and my OS is windows 7 Home.
I have both 32-bit and 84-bit Java 6 installed and I tried both installer version and portable version of Sikuli.
But I still cannot launch the Sikuli IDE
Would anyone be able to help? Thanks
