Is it possible to use this GUI tool to test commercial application ?

I would like to know if it is possible to use sikuli tool for a legal perspective for testing commercial software we are developing ?
in other terms, the sikuli tool is allowed to be used by commercial development teams of software?

No restriction for commercial software development. You can use Sikuli to do whatever you want.
