limit memory usage of java process

Hi,

I'm going to reduce the size of the memory used by sikuli:
java -jar -Xmx150M sikulixide-2.0.5.jar -r u4
Despite -Xmx150M the java process is using more than 700MB.
Can I set less than 400MB?
