Traceback error

whenever my friend runs this script he gets the traceback error below within 5-30 minutes of starting it, it seems to run fine on my PC, can anyone help me figure this out

possible reasons:
- Media Feature Pack not installed (N, KN windows version)
- a suitable Visual C++ Redistributable Package is missing
