Nox Multi-instance

I'm wondering if Sikuli would have any issues running a script over multiple nox windows.

Is it possible to set the region to a certain nox window and each nox instance to run separate instances of the script?

No.
On one machine, there can only be one script active, that uses mouse/keyboard. In side this script you might of course act on different regions/windows, but only in sequence not in parallel.

If you somehow synchronize mouse/keyboard usage, you might run some workflows in parallel as subprocesses.
But since you are apparently active in the gaming scene, this would surely lead to timing problems.
