An image is an image as given by its pixels.

If the image size is 2mb is there way to reduce the size of the image to 1mb using sikuli

If you talk about a JPEG-like quality factor, then no.

There is only a resize feature, but that also reduces width/height (meaning less pixels).

What is the reason behind your request?
