Where is the suggestion for methods?

Asked by Benjamin Berg on 2020-02-27

I am trying to use sikuli under a newly installed windows 10 system. I had sikuli 2.0.3 downloaded and first I noticed that I had to install the jdk instead of jre. Second thing I noticed was that there is no suggestions for methods of some classes like there was in sikuli 1.1.3 (at the left side of the IDE). Is that feature disabled by intention?

what Java?

Actually we are at Java 13 and since SikuliX is OpenSource I only support the use of OpenJDK (due to the change of licensing by Oracle) which does not have a JRE anymore anyways.

What did you notice, when using a JRE?

yes. Will be replaced by some auto-complete and the Recorder feature in 2.1.0.
